Abaho has over 5 years of experience in research, public policy analysis, and advocacy in various sectors, including Parliamentary Democracy, youth programming, Governance, Accountability, Electoral processes, Humanitarian and Human Rights. He also holds a certificate in Project Planning and Management, which has enhanced his project management skills and enabled him to effectively manage and coordinate partners and subgrantees from different countries, as well as government and CSOs for project implementations. Abaho has played a vital role in facilitating information sharing to promote coordination and collaboration with development partners, civil society organizations, media houses, and government agencies. His work at the Centre for Policy Analysis has contributed to strengthening the functionality of the Parliament through the Parliament Watch program.
Abaho is deeply passionate about human rights and is particularly interested in issues affecting youth, women, minority groups, and persons with disabilities. His focus is on inclusive and sustainable development, as well as the inclusion of youth, women, and human rights. With over 5 years of experience, he has demonstrated strong skills in designing training modules and materials, creating pedagogical tools, and building the capacities of various critical and relevant audiences, including civil society organizations, Members of Parliament, and central and local government entities. Additionally, he possesses excellent supervisory, interpersonal, communication, teamwork, mobilization, and networking skills.
