I have over 8 years of diverse experience in Environmental Consultancy, and I am a registered member of the Uganda Association for Impact Assessment (UAIA) with Membership No. 2022-321. I am also a Registered Environmental Practitioner certified by NEMA with certificate No. CC/EIA/308/2023. My technical experience includes project planning, implementation, and compliance monitoring in the areas of Environment, Health, and Safety with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), Local Governments, INGOs, NGOs, and private developers. I have always worked under minimum supervision with a desire to learn from a team of diverse professionals.
I believe that my tested experience in report writing and training can add more value to our clients, specifically in conducting Environment and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), Environmental Audits, Environment, Health and
Safety Compliance Monitoring, Training and Capacity Building, Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs), Stakeholder Mapping, Consultation, and Community Sensitization and Awareness of Project Affected Persons (PAPs) among others. I have worked on various projects funded by different categories of funders like National and International, governments, NGOs, and private Developers, such as World Bank, UNIDO, USAID, JICA, and UK Export Finance, among others.
Before joining Fenrich Consults, I worked as an Environmental Safeguards Consultant on the ESIA team at NEK Consults Ltd. I worked on the proposed Wobulenzi-Masaka 400kv power transmission line of 155km that will traverse through 11 districts as an Environmental Safeguards Consultant with funding from the World Bank. I also worked on the Higher Local Government Performance Assessment of 16 districts in the Teso Sub Region with funding from the World Bank.
I was an Environment, Health, and Safety Expert for the Consultancy Services for Stakeholder Engagement, Environment and Social Risk Management in the Refugee Hosting Districts – Sub-Project Areas of USMID-AF during the Civil Works Implementation Period (Cluster B) with funding from the World Bank. I served as an Environmental Safeguards Consultant on the ESIA team for the proposed Uganda-Tanzania 400kv (Masaka-Mutukula) power transmission line of 92km with funding from the World Bank. I was the ESIA Consultant for the proposed construction of METRAC Institute (Mechanical Engineering Training and Advisory Centre – Luwero) under the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation for the Ministry of works and Transport.
