Prior to joining Fenrich Consults, Peace worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist with Vignetic in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, she established connections with candidates and maintained relationships with them, providing support as required. Peace also gained international experience working with Tata Consultancy Services in Kerala, India, where she served as a Resources Management Associate. My primary focus was on fulfilling IT and non-technical resource requirements within the Business group units, Kochi offshore and on-site locations. She was also responsible for managing unallocated manpower, partnering with business units, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and managing headcount and performance. Before this, she worked with AIESEC in Uganda as a Talent Manager and with clinicPesa LTD as the HR & Business Manager.
